A service celebrating the life of Edna Wilson will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the Laird-Eddy Funeral Home, 201 N. Main Street, Amboy, IN with Pastor Randy Blankenship officiating. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery, Amboy, IN.
Family and friends will gather from 10:00 AM until the time of service Saturday at the Laird-Eddy Funeral Home.
Edna Wilson, 85, Kokomo passed away at 12:53 AM, June 16, 2016. She was born in Clinton, AK on May 31, 1931 the daughter of Leslie and Elza Smith Cunningham. Edna married Harry Wilson on June 30, 1949 and he preceded her in death on December 12, 2006. Edna was a former member of the Assembly of God Kokomo and currently attended the New Life Assembly of God Kokomo. She had worked as a Nursing Assistant at Americana Nursing Home. Surviving a daughter Margaret Donahue, grandchildren Eric, Tanya, Andrea, Ryan and Sara; several great grandchildren; sisters Geneva Housel, Louise Goodman, and Winnie Bonner, brothers Tom Cunningham and Clifton Cunningham. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harry, a daughter Sharon Dearth, an infant son Randal Wilson, sisters Ilene Hoover and Irene Smith, brothers Loren Cunningham and Clifton Cunningham.
